What is raya without the kuih-kuih right? This time, I am left totally devastated when my mother decided not to bake any but to instead purchase them all. All the makmur, kuih tart, suji, GONE!

Raja Kuih sold all the fanciful sweets which I did not really fancy lah. Now I can only savour the classic kuih-kuih at the houses I visit this whole week, especially the tarts with the hard, star-shaped toppings at my Nenek Halus’ house. After this on the eighth, I will be leaving for overseas training in Taiwan for close to three weeks. Sad lah!

Oh. My wife better be a good baker :) Nowadays, females are getting a bit too clueless about the wonders of the holy kitchen.

Eid Mubarak to all my Muslim Brothers and Sisters! Forgive me for all of my shortcomings yo.
