Hey chill it all depends whether you'll be posted as a first or second year Commander. Which unit will you be posted to? If you're a first year commander then it'll be good because these mono-intake soldiers know nothing and you'll have to guide them through their bmt, advanced inf trg etc.. but after ORD you won't be doing reservist with them. Only second year commanders have a tougher time gaining these soldiers respect because they're used to training with the previous commanders. But worry not because if you're good enough they'll respect you in no time. You won't be a PS in your unit unless they don't have regular PS. If there's a regular PS, you'll be a Sect Comdr for now but a PS during reservist. And take note you'll only do reservist with the same men if you ORD with them (meaning 2nd yr comdrs). I'm currently in 3SIR and NS PS of my platoon. I'll stop here for now if you have any more questions, just ask k. I'm more than experienced here since I'll ORD in December. Heheh. Good luck!
